Ever hear the saying that goes something like ...

"There are lies. There are damn lies. And then there are press
releases."

While the overall penetration of the Flash Player may be amazingly high,
there are certainly niches where it has *no* penetration. The
aformentioned government and corporate installations (with
hyper-paranoid MIS departments) are the best example.

If you site has to play to that audience, it's time to start knocking
out the GIFs and JPEGs for an HTML version of your site. :/
