It's guys like Nielsen that said the Television
was just a passing fad. All of his opinions are
short sighted, and he only really speaks to
corporate giants. To him, art, inspiration, and
emotion are unnecessary 'baggage'. (read: bandwidth)

The biggest argument I've ever seen in my workplace
was between the geeks (our affectionate term for
programmers) and the design staff. The geeks kept
quoting Nielsen as the basis of all their arguments.
They had a few good points, but Nielsen is just way
beyond. I mean come on. There is more to the web
than text only sites with only blue links that turn
purple when you click on them...
