I would hae to agree about the scrollbars. If you don't need them, take
them out:

and I can't see the bottom navigation frame very clearly. If I were you,
I'd put in the body tag of each of your html documents:

<BODY BGCOLOR="#xxxxxx" marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 leftmargin=0 topmargin=0>

Other than that, It looks pretty cool. Couldn't navigate much, though, due
to that thing with the bottom frame.
