FLASH: problems with if frame is loaded!!!

Hi list i having problems with "if frame is loaded"

i have alot of bmp images in my movie in alot of scens

i´ve tried 


if frame is loaded

play

end frame is loaded


it work work for me

how do i do?

i want the best possible download experience for everybody even 14.4 modems:-)

please help!
