That's indeed a very pretty loading display. But note that it's

animation-intensive, and so will be trying to share processor cycles with

the downloading stream... the smoother the loading display tries to be, the

longer it will take to actually load.


(A Shockwave or Flash presentation can start up pretty quickly, without

needing a "please wait" display... the key is to start the presentation

with just a simple movie that requires lighter media. You can keep

downloading the more complex things in the background. More info's
