I think the principle problem would come if the ad-serving system on the
site couldn't discount *robot hits* from a mock-up like this, where a
script has been written to get a browser to request a banner X thousand
times. If it couldn't, the implications for online ad sales could be rather
nasty.

Does anyone else have any views on this? Especially whether the ad serving
solutions (Netgravity, Real Media' Open AdStream, Doubleclick, Accipiter
etc) could deal with this situation.
