Afternoon folks...just came across this article:

fascinating reading demonstrating how the high costs of customer
acquisition and retention mean many ecommerce companies are spending more
than they earn. Not really news, I grant you, but a couple of things caught
my eye. The research on which the article is based claims European
companies are better at getting money from their customer base than their
US counterparts. The numbers make interesting reading, too.
