oh yes, the good ship BT is sailing into port to take us all to the
Golden Land!

Except this morning, 2 days after registering, I get the mail below;

Has anyone ever thought of compiling a book on how comically,
pathetically, amateurish British Telecom are? it makes me weep.

and be careful; the openworld faq is particularly mealy-mouthed about
whether they'll provide full internet access, or just web+email, or some
pile-of-shite walled garden piss-portal. My guess is it's no napster, no
icq, no irc, no quake, in which case, I for one, ain't buying.
