Subject: UKNM: EU Privacy Resources for US sites? -Reply

Start with the Data Protection Registrar site at
http://www.open.gov.uk/dpr/dprhome.htm

Her site has some pretty good do's and don'ts. Of course whether you
need to comply depends on where the data is being "Processed". If it is
a US company collecting data on a US site and not using it in the EU, it is
not likely to need to comply

Are there any resources for US companies who are taking registration
from EU users and want to stay on the right side of privacy law?

TIA,
