I know this is from ages ago (been slack with my

emails!). There is a site which attempts to do this:

There's a forum which enables users to post

experiences about stores (being overhalled at the

moment but trust me, it's good). Comments are

forwarded onto the stores, I think this is right 'cos

my mate a Wagamama received the comments I posted. And

a new feature I've just seen - red shops/blue shops (I

like this Dan).


Think it's a definate step in the right direction.
