Press Release fodder masquering as news the like of which would make a Virgin Net
PR proud

Of course BT are planning a free service - given the success of Freeserve BT's
shareholders would rightly have them up against a wall if they weren't.

Only the piffling obstacles of OFTEL, infrastructure and the loss of exisiting BT
Internet subscriber revenue stream lie in wait... not that the Mr Darby thought
to ask BT such questions...
