Creativity in this field is only just starting to get recognised -

subsequently there is going to be a shortage of 'experienced' talent in the

year(s) to come. Most of the creative talent will most likely defect from

other media - but there are hundreds of talented youngsters who know more

about this market than any of them. It's this insight combined with innate

talent that will lead the way.
