you could try one of the local ThisIs series of sites, or a site where

people input locality for information eg: UpMyStreet, Yell, Thomweb...


of course, the traffic might be very limited, but nonetheless you will

probably get getting some very focused traffic of people after products and

services or information in those local areas...

Does anyone have any advice on how to effectively market online to a

geographic location in the UK right now beyond trying to limit by IP

address- I have a client only wishing to reach people based in Birmingham.
