I'm looking for an agency who can place and negotiate great rates for banner ads on behalf of one of our clients who is launching a btc e-commerce site in March.  Without going into too much detail, the product will appeal to all mobile phone owners, so there's a wide market demographic to cater for.  A good knowledge of and contacts with major portals and 'lifestyle' sites is desirable.
