RE: Lee's comments on "US hucksters showing scant regard for both the domain

1. Seems like without that huckster, Moldavia might not be collecting
$200,000 per annum in Internet based revenue.

2. The internet collapses geography. It doesn't matter whether someone's
domain address has a country specific suffix. Unbeknownst to the visitor,
the Moldavian doctor site could be hosted on a server in Canada. [<--append
digression into debate on internet transcending national autonomy here, see
'China' ;-)]

3. A web address is called a "Universal Resource Locator" for a reason. The
resource (website) could be located anywhere. User cares not as long as they
get what the want.
