The main issue is with systems such as Netscape's Internet Keywords. They say:

Get instant access to information anywhere on the Internet just by entering
what you're looking for in your Netscape browser. With Internet Keywords,
you can quickly find what you're looking for. No need to visit a search
engine page or to remember a specific URL or web address. How does it work?
Just type a company name or a common term in the browser location box at
the top of your Netscape browser (version 4.06 or above), and press enter.

So, type in "Chopstix", which my site is commonly known as, and you get a
page saying:

"This Web site is no longer active. We apologize for the inconvenience."

That's crap.

And Netscape offer no way for me to correct the information. Ideally they
should bring up a page that offers visitors links to all the registered
Chopstix sites, not just the dot.com... they could also run a banner ad
against these links and earn some more cash... but what do I know?

All the best,
