Try http://www.usa.net they claim to have the "highest availability in the
business" and have been around for years.

Subject: UKNM: Branded webmail

Sorry to re-establish a thread that's been dead for a while, but I'd really
like to hear any suggestions of who I should approach to provide branded
webmail. I had discussions with Coconut a few months back, but our
technical
team vetoed our plan to use them because of worries about how quickly they
could restore the system in the event of a hardware failure. I would still
like to set up webmail for CableNet - does anyone have any ideas of who I
should approach?

Thanks, Alex
