Re the Data Protection issue, and noting that you have to register for the
"Peanut Challenge" (below), see rule 21 of the Challenge's T&Cs:

"21. Data Protection Notice: The Promoter will be collecting and processing
your personal data for the administration of the promotion and may wish to
send you further information about its' products. If you do not wish to
receive marketing information please advise us in writing."

It's not just a name collector, honest guv...
