i'd also ask the list brokers about privacy policies & whether or not they
are double opt ins, how often they clean them, sources, how current they
are....maybe even some case studies with response rates. direct postal mail
can be trickier to track. how are you planning on tracking response rates?
creating seperate URL trackers or what?
