I'm currently searching for a very efficient partner for a pan European 

web marketing blue chip web marketing project, which requires a 

response handling for both e-mail, 24 hour phone, in 4 languages. 

Ideally they will have handled large web based consumer and b2b promotions.

The promotion launch date is 6 weeks away!!!!
