Depends what you mean by the ad industry, of course. The dinosaurs of the ad
industry (and judging by his other comments, Tim includes his own mega
international ad empire employers in this description) are facing their
toughest time ever, and the growth of the internet is only a small part of
their problem. But it does present a terrific opportunity for people with
good ad industry experience to leave and create something new and exciting
in new media.

So when are you going to put your money where your mouth is and jump ship,
Tim? Or are you planning to lead a mutiny that will replace the old media
officer class with a new media soviet that will steer JWT and the rest of
WPP into the new media revolution just as the old economy finally collapes?

Just wondering where your recent rants are leading.
