Talking of names? (tenuous link) Can anyone tell me the name of the new book
by the guy who wrote Primary Colors. Thought amazon might suggest'other
books by this author' when I searched, but alas no.

Thanks

Amazon wasn't Bezos' first choice of name (according to Robert Spector's
book). He was going to go for Cadabra, but one of the first people he tried
it on misheard it as "cadaver". In those days web directories were mostly in
alphabetical order, so Bezos read the whole A section of the directory, and
picked Amazon (after briefly considering "Aard") because it "could be
anything we wanted to make it" and it was "big".
