I think the other company mentioned was Yes Television. However they
have not gone into liquidation rather they have put off their flotation
because of the current volatile opinion of Internet/New technology comanies
on the stock market.

There was a remarkably balanced piece of journalism this morning on Radio 5
Live about the demise of Boo.com (e-commerce can cut operating margins but
isn't necessarily a way to vast profits and cheaper start-ups) this morning.

They also mentioned that another high-profile company had gone into
liquidation. In my sleep-addled haze I missed the name of the company and
the usual cluster of new media biz sites, don't have anything
relevant...yet.

Anyone else got any ideas? I heard from some of the webcasting lists that
the DEN has also filed for Chapter 11 in the US. From the coverage I've
seen, it sounds as though they suffered from the some of the same alleged
loose financial controls as Boo.com.
