I think I may have the perfect answer to your query.
A short while ago a client asked me to register a domain for him;

I asked him what he was planning. He explained that there were loads of
people making shedloads of money issuing fake University Degree certificates
and that he was sure that there would be lots of takers for false "Internet
Awards" certs. He further argued that there was no point in modesty so
Worldinternetawards, fitted the bill. I was mildly amused by this and duly
registered the domain,I was rather less amused when this client bounced the
cheque on me ,leaving me the proud owner of this domain.

So for all those disappointed that they have not been nominated/or won any
one of the myriad of various awards out there. Just send me a Template of a
Cert and I shall insert the award for you as requested.
Then go to the pub, get pissed, maybe go for a curry after and you will not
feel as if you have missed out at all. I also suspect that this certificate
will be every bit as useful to you as any of the others.
Bit of a problem if you want a statuette but I understand that poking around
in dumpsters in US cities sometimes produces results(and a $50,000 reward to
Hope this helps.

Regards Keith Whittaker.
