Subject: UKNM: AOL buys Netscape
From: Leslie Bunder

So AOL buys Netscape in $4.2 billion deal. Any thoughts/implications of
the deal in a UK context?

Who benefits most from the deal. Implications for Netscape and its
software being used in set-top boxes and Net TV type projects. Are
there any?

Anyway, over to you!

Leslie (spent the best part of an hour on the phone for the Netscape/AOL
teleconference and wasn't able to ask a question as they ran out of
time!)
