The other thing that bugs me, is that they knew this was going to
happen.

The UI they went live with was identical to the one I first saw to me
back in february. and everyone I know who they showed it to said the
same thing. "Too flash, too slow, and unnavigable. Change it. Now."
It's the breathtaking arrogance (and believe me, I know about arrogance
;) ) and stupidity that get's me.

Does anyone know who at Organic was actually responsible? I've seen
situations where crap like this was forced on the agency by the client,
and if I were them, I'd be wanting to move away from it. Because they
look like a global laughing stock, currently.
