The BVCA publishes a list in hardcopy which lists which VC works in which
sector, how much they invest and what sort of funding they deal in, eg seed,
start-up, expansion, MBO etc. (plus lots of other stuff). You can order it
for for free from their web site - it's called Directory 1999/2000.

It doesn't talk about internet funding explicitly, but it's as good a place
as any to start.

Where do I send the invoice? ;)
