UKNM: help! online services

I am looking for a list of useful consumer online services that can be

pushed to an audience via e-mail or of content that can be filtered from a

website to your PC or mobile phone.  For example, pa.press.net have a useful

news summary each day. But, I'm really interested in any sites that push

cinema times,  sports results, restaurant listings, train times etc.


Does anyone know of a useful list or run a site that provides useful

consumer info?
