For a Net Marketing forum this is the wrong question. The problem
of online credit-card fraud is not so much an issue for the
individual but is a big issue for the merchant.

The merchant is the one at risk from charges-backs as online
sales are made under the basis of 'cardholder not present' and
unlike the US in the UK there is no online address verification.
