I thought the law had been changed to stop this, but even if it
hasn't, there is a clear attempt to use your trademarks ie
Waterstones, or prevent you using them. I would suggest consulting a
trademark lawyer, who could send a terrifying legal letter
threatening all sorts of legal actions. The threat of court action is
usually enough to stop people doing things like this.
