UKNM: smile applications

just went through the Smile credit card account application online


1) wade through java-app application form - 10mins

2) wait for it to process - 1 min

3) recieve first email - 1 min - it tells me I have mail waiting for me on

the site

4) logon with new ID number - 5 mins

5) wait for new banking app to load - 5 mins

6) read Smile Mail - it tells me I have to phone them up and give them more

info!!!!


sheesh.
