Atleast they asked you to ring them up. I just got a message saying,
"sorry, no can do" but provide more information by post if you wish us to
re-consider. For something online, it seems rather ironic that if you wish
to have them re-consider you've got to send them post! Surely if they
approve or not approve you via e-mail and the Net, then they should also do
the same if you wish to appeal or provide more information!

Well, me thinks I'll stick with my very nice MBNA cards, United Airlines
and Goldfish!
