last I heard there had been a court case which decided that this constituted

a copyright infringement and potential passing off, especially where the 2

sites are competing in the same marketplace.  It would be a bit like, say,

another insurance company sticking an ad in Yellow Pages for Direct Line and

having the telephone number connect to them instead of Direct line.
