Isn't this a bit of a blase question ? No Hosting service/ ISP is perfect

and IMO they are all just as bad/ good as each over.

Personally I use corpex for hosting and recommend them highly but they have

just as many problems as everybody else.

My answer to this is to get internet mag and for you to personally do some

research by phoning every hoster/isp individually.

You'll know when you've found your, as near as, perfect partner.
