I have recommended Eric too, though not to this list. But please bear in
mind that, if you don't have the high profile and the bottomless budget of
the BBC you might not qualify for Eric's services, as I am sure he will tell
you.

UK alternatives are:

1. Sitelynx - have their own unique approach which is very effective

Netiquette prevents me from mentioning the other one but in any case we have
not been doing it as long as Sitelynx and we specialise in web advertising
placement rather than online promotion. But it often makes sense to do both
together.
