I developed a whole site for research purposes, based on two very popular

keywords (one of which was commonly mispelled and/or had regional

variations). Ranking and subsequent traffic is substantial to say the least,

but even though I don't really need it any more, I have no interest in

selling it - and my boss would most definitely *not* be interested. The

reasons for this should be obvious:
