Earlier this year in February, Social Media Week London saw 178 events take place, hosted by 97 wonderful event partners. 391 speakers shared their knowledge, thoughts, ideas and opinions with 15,000 attendees and 10,000 online viewers. 

Now it's your chance to get involved again! Social Media Week London is back for Round Two this September (24th - 28th) and it's finally time for you to start submitting your events...

We have a VERY exciting announcement regarding the future of Social Media Week London, and we wanted you to be the first to know!

You may have already seen, the first few cities returning for September's Social Media Week lineup have been released. This September, London, Social Media Week's second largest city, will also be joining this initial lineup!

For three consecutive years, Chinwag has hosted SMW London which will be moving from February to it's new September home as of 2012 onwards.

If, like me, you're an avid tea drinker and have been wondering how you'll manage to fit in your daily fix between running from event to event during Social Media Week London, we have some good news for you.

Yorkshire Tea's very own Little Urn will be joining us outside the SMWLDN Hub at the Design Council on Wednesday 15th, where you'll be able to grab a cuppa to keep you going.

The Challenge is on!

Daphne has arrived into a snowy chilly London and Martin is now in warmer climates in Singapore.

Can Man Live Alone on Social Media is a daring cross-city social experiment to evaluate whether one intrepid traveller can depend on nothing but the goodwill of locals and the power of social media to survive in a foreign city for one week.  From 9 – 15 February, Daphne (#CanManSG) and Martin (#CanManLondon) will trade cities, power up their social media channels and prepare for the best (or worst).

This year, Social Media Week London (taking place next week, Mon 13th - Fri 17th Feb) has a fantastic hub, located at the Design Council in Bow Street (map), sponsored by Google+
