On Wednesday 21 September, we'll be looking at term sheets for early stage investments - and not just any old term sheets, because we'll be explaining the Seed Summit Term Sheet to give our view on what to look out for if presented with this document, or what else you need to think about if using it for your own investments.

Following the success of our Bootlaw Academy day on 9 September, we are going to take the most popular element of that day, the termsheet negotiation exercise, and use it for the October Bootlaw session.
