Empowering the Charitable Sector with Interactive Technologies II

Event Info

Thu 15 Sep, 2011 from 9:00am - 5:00pm
Cost: Registered Charities: £60, AIME Members: £110, Non-Members: £150

All-day conference, 15th September 2011

Following last year’s successful event which brought together charities, industry agencies and technology suppliers to share experiences and learn how to engage the public with interactive campaigns, AIME is once again bringing together key organisations and individuals for a one day conference and series of workshops.

This year’s event will be broader in scope, looking at what charities need to do and have in place to manage campaigns effectively, across multiple platforms – web, mobile, email, social media and apps.

The aim is to create a full day series of conference keynotes, panel discussions and seminars to further explore how the charitable sector can leverage multiple new and established interactive communication and payment channels, to increase stakeholder/public engagement and drive donations/fundraising.

The key emphasis will be about driving education and creating awareness for small and medium sized charities in how they can cost effectively increase their ‘digital footprint’ while competing for public attention and donations.
