Cecile Reinaud, Founder, Seraphine

Cecile founded Seraphine in 2002 opening their flagship boutique on Kensington High Street with the online store launching in 2005. Providing stylish, high quality maternity fashion, they quickly became the go-to brand for trendy mums-to-be, including Hollywood royalty like Jessica Alba and Gwen Stefani, to actual royalty!

Cecile will be speaking about celebrity endorsements as a sales strategy and how you need to prepare your business to deliver once the campaign is a success.


Kate Lester, Founder, Diamond Logistics

Kate started Diamond Logistics, which partners with businesses delivering one stop logistics solutions, in 1992, aged 20. The business was a two site operation until a franchise pilot in 2012, and Kate has grown this to 25+ franchises in under two years with the ensuing turnover growth trajectory seeing them double year on year turnover. 

Kate will be sharing her experiences of franchising as a sales strategy, including how to manage franchisee relationships.


Jamie Waller, Founder, JBW Group

Jamie founded JBW in 2004 having spent most of his working life within the enforcement and debt recovery industry. JBW was fashioned by his vision of changing the public perception of the industry and is a judicial services partner to UK Government. He believes firmly that the best way to revolutionise the industry is to operate transparently and be highly accountable. 

Jamie will be talking about using joint ventures and partnerships to grow his business.
