Put a stop action on the main timeline and use a movie clip or nested
movie clips as timers.
Place this as a frmae action in the last frame of the delay MC:
Begin Tell Target Target: /
Go to Next Frame
End Tell Target
If you use nested movie clips change the taget to
Target: ..
