FLASH: 3D Flash Animations

Have I got this right - to create those zippy 3D flash objects that you

see i www.eye4u.com, etc you simply

render them in a 3D package (at what sort of settings? flat shading,

high antialiasing?), export them as individual frames and import them

into flash and play back as a linear animation?
