I think you're pushing your luck. Especially with a company that is
notorious for persuing copyright infringement.
Now, if you changed the color-order, shook up the property-order, and
didn't try to make any plays-on-words resembling the Monopoly board,
you'd be OK, methinks. But, at that point, the shine of the idea is just
about gone, and your ability to capitilize on a popular theme all but
disappears. . .
Hmmm. . . seems like that Copyright idea is there for a good reason
after all. . .
