Did you really set up the whole path like http://...........etc in
the links.
And the files that have to load should be in the same map/folder as
the base html you come from.
The other thing could be the code in the html, (using publish gives
the correct one) and the mime should bet set correctly on the server.
You can check this in your browser, with the page that should have
flash and look for page info.
Be shure you did upload all the swf files to your server.

Hopes this workes somehow when youv'e checked it all.
Now I run out of options.
