Ok, i guess i should have specified this, but i was kind of looking for a 

freelancer, because i am doing this project as i get time/money.

I am starting a webhosting business, and i am going to be a free service like 

xoom etc.

What i need is a guestbook service, wehre users make their own accounts.

A from usesrs can fille out, and make their own folder, and have it 

designated to have X MB of space.


I want to let users make an account, and get a counter.

And i want users to have email access from the web.
