FLASH: MovieClip targeting itself?

I'm trying to get this type of behavior...I'm kind of new to flash.


I made a movie clip of a cat moving its tail

I brought this movie clip onto the stage.


Everytime you rollover the cat, I want a meow sound to play.

Everytime you click on the cat, I want the movieclip to play.


Any help would be great.  Thanks!
