They seem to give a good overview of the products, citing examples from
various organisations that use the products well. Not the sort of place you
are going to learn a whole lot of new stuff unless you are complete
newcomers to them.
I personally found them to be good marketing tools for Macromedia rather
than real learning tools for us the users - but heh, they're free so we
can't expect too much and they are a welcome break from the office!

Could anyone tell me how good the "Add Life to the Web" seminars are. We
have a couple going on over here, primarily Fireworks and Dreamweaver but
they say that Flash will be covered. Has any of my overseas colleagues got
firsthand?!
