Hi Trotter,
For maximum reduction in borders you need to be in a framed
environment. At FlashCentral we use a single frame Frameset.
Another consideration is the aspect ratio of the Movie. For Flash 3,
we use 1.85:1 ratio with a canvas of 1150x620.
