Those "javascript:" protocol URLs are not supported from within ActiveX
Controls in IE3.x/Win32. Use the regular "FSCommand:" protocol URLs
instead.
(Sidenote: Java-disabled or Mac68K/Win3.1 versions of Netscape 3+ browsers
can use "javascript:" protocol URLs even though they don't support the
LiveConnect-enabled "FSCommand:" protocol URLs. IE/Mac and IE/Win3.1 do not
offer component intercommunication.)
