Though it starts showing up almost immediately if you continue to mouse

over the Rotate button for a while you will easily see the bug.

There is no code installed to reduce the size of the Bird!!!!


This bug is duplicatable.

A simple version showing the bug is at the FC Anonymous FTP site.

ftp://206.107.180.51/bugs/  

Just play the swf and see the circle rotate and slowly disappear.
